Collage series of photo prints in black and white with oil colour on strips of paper

If you lay out pictures on a table and move them around you will find that they give different impression dependant on which one happens to lie next to it.

The pictures enter into a dialogue automatically; the eye looks for (and finds) elements in common or contrasting ones, in short: it takes in the parts lying next to each other as a new unity. Little stories are created.

Along these lines the photo prints and the oil coloured paper strips accompany each other in these collages and thus reveal qualities or contexts which couldn't be found in the single ones alone.

Each collage an experiment of surprises in matters of composition, colour and shape - a little chat between neighbors.
